Anika Ali presents "Deciphering the Link Between Translation Dynamics and HLA-I Antigen Presentation in NSCLC"

Jaeger Lab post-doc, Dr. Anika Ali, presented her work at the 2023 RNA Processing Conference in Houston, TX. The talk detailed her work linking translational dynamics to HLA-I antigen presentation.

In her research, Dr. Ali has investigated pharmaceutical translation inhibitors to uncover the effect these drugs have on antigen presentation. Her work has specifically delved into drug induced increase in cap-independent translation, which is linked with increased non-canonical translation and defective ribosomal products.
